PREREQUISITESThere are no prerequisites for the Comprehensive Remote Sensing class, however, participants should be computer literate to the extent that they can generally operate applications software using a keyboard and mouse. Registrants for the standard AIG hyperspectral workshops should have some previous multispectral remote sensing knowledge and experience. Registrants for the AIG advanced hyperspectral workshop should have completed the standard AIG Hyperspectral Workshop or have equivalent experience. Participants should also have some knowledge of IDL or another high level programming language. Instructor approval is required prior to registration. Registrants for the SAR workshop should have previous image processing experience, but SAR-specific knowledge is not a requirement. |
